Great spot. Great value and super clean. They have done a recent remodel and it was very tasteful and very good quality. Easy access to Newport and Providence The beds were very comfortable. There was a space heater to help take the chill out of the air and it worked quickly. Didn’t need the AC when we were there. Microwave and small fridge in the room. Only thing that would be good to add would be a small coffee pot in the room or maybe available in the office in the morning. I wish every motel we stayed in was this clean Area tip: Ragged Island Brewery great spot nearby. It’s on the site of an old greenhouse and growing fields. Hang out in the greenhouse, on the deck or out on the lawn in back.

Loved the grounds with lots of flowers and trees and adirondacks around a fire pit and a picnic table in a shady spot. easy parking right outside each room. We had a bedroom with 2 double beds and a living room/kitchenette with a pullout couch and large TV. lots of windows and light but good blackout curtains for sleep. Very quiet for sleep. very friendly staff. nearby beach to walk with morning coffee and nearby great restaurants. Only 20 minutes to Newport or Horseneck Beach.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room! It had a living room/kitchen area, a good sized bathroom and a comfortable bedroom with a queen size bed and closet. The layout of the entire motel made it feel like each unit was private. The unit was clean and had all the bathroom amenities. The kitchen also had a unique retro style refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The staff was very accommodating, pleasant and professional. I slept very well.

Our suite had been refurbished and was excellent. The suite was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. They had extra toiletries in the room if you had forgotten anything. Was exceptionally pleased. Great place for the price! Would definitely stay again. We were just there for a one night stay while passing theough.
